Just wondering if theres anyone on here that suffers from IBS and just curious what challenges that has had on your dietary lifestyle.
I have IBS but I dont have a good grip on particular 'trigger foods' that set my digestive system off, I just have good days, bad days....
I know coffee is a no-no for sure, and so is dairy (milk-most of the time).
Just curious to see what other IBS patients are doing to help their digestive systems.
