Im Counting Calories

  • Im 58yrs old, 5'7", currently 194 & would love to get down to 150... i started at 1200 Calories but im not losing so im gonna take it down to 1000 Calories BUT at tge moment im on a Full Liquid Diet... Protein Shakes, Broth, Water, Etc... ANYONE ELSE DO THIS?????
  • If you're not losing weight at 1200 calories, you're probably eating the wrong foods. What you eat is more important than how much you eat.

    What do you put in the protein shakes? What type of broth is it?
    Are you eating vegetables?
    Are you eating any fat?
