My 230lbs Weight Loss Journey for 30 days (Lets Do This!)

  • I have always wanted to lose weight but i fall short due to lack of motivation. This time am currently working on a 30 days weight loss journey.

    You will see my struggles hopefully success and inspiration. I need your support to keep this thread alive and help other people in their fitness goals.

    I know it is not going to be easy, i believe is worth trying...
