  • Hello all!!! Happy, happy April

    I had a little slip and went up about half pound since March 30. My goal for April is to close out April at 124 or less.

  • I ate all the things in March and just came back from traveling so up 2 lbs. im going to Cancun in May so using that as determination to finally get it together. I will be following the tone it up nutrition plan starting with the 5 day detox.

    I haven't been terrible, but have made no forward progress. Up and dragging my butt to spinning this morning. I'm planning to join a 6 week kickstart challenge on 4/16, so am hoping that will move me in the right direction.
