Hey guys! We're going to move this forum into it's own little section this weekend. Wanted to give you fair warning, so you won't get lost!


A lot of people write to ask where the South beach forum is because they can't find it. I think they skim past the low carb section because they don't expect it to be here. So, we're going to create a new section, and will add an extra forum for recipes.

I may put it between Sugar Busters and Weight Watchers, how does that sound?

Ooooooh, Ruth.....I can just see it now...sipping Pina Coladas, (they would be OP in our world, right? ) soaking up the sun, and enjoying the view! And I'm NOT talking about the natural scenery, either!
