I love hearing more all about you, and all the ladies on this board. It's good that you've figured out what caused your gain, and now you know exactly what to do to rectify it. That's awesome!
My personal weight problem goes back to about the age of 8, and I don't have quite a great a grip on it, as you do on yours. I know a lot of it was learned, from watching my Mom's relationship with food. But, I don't blame her, because now I'm a grown-up and make my own choices. I am really learning to NOT eat emotionally any more! It's so freeing! At any rate, I'm doing something about it now, and just getting healthier all the time. (Of course, I don't exactly MIND the fact that I'm looking better & better, and all sorts of people are starting to notice!!!) Hee hee.
And tomorrow morning, I weigh in. I'm hoping for a 2-lb. loss, and I think I may just get it! We will see!
