[pep talk over]Here's the plan (same as the other challenges, because it works!)
- Set your own goals and strive each day to stick to them.
- You must have a way to measure your success, be it # on the scale, tape measuring, # of days/week you get to the gym, # of days OP, etc.
We've got over 8 weeks until Halloween, we can do this!
