    Really starting over again.

    8/1: Lifting 20 (20/1000)
    8/2: Walk/run 45 -(65/1000)
    8/3: Lifting 25 + walk 20 (110/1000)
  • My goal this month is 18 Beachbody workouts. It's the same number as last month. I considered raising it a little, but 18 is one of my lucky numbers so I'm going to keep it.

    Last month, I was only using Brazil Butt Lift. I have Beachbody on Demand now, so I'll be mixing it up. I'll keep BBL in the rotation though bc my body responds so well to that program. Plus I enjoy it.

    If I do more than one workout in a day, I'll still only count it as one.

  • My goal is just to get some workouts in. Between having a super busy life right now and having been sick with a sinus/ear infection sort of thing recently, my workouts have been waylaid!

  • August 1: 1.08 miles - I'm breaking in a new pair of shoes, and we got about half way through the walk tonight and I had to take them off. Oops lol.

    Week 1 total: 1.08 miles

    August total: 1.08 miles
  • August goal is to walk 22 miles!

    8-1(worked the night before, can't walk after a night of work)
    8-2 1.1 miles in 28:39 minutes(farthest yet!)
  • chunkahlunkah I completely forgot about the BBB workout, I think I will do that after I am done with my current DVD's!! I used to have a really nice behind (at the time I thought it was a curse) and now it is flat, flat, flat!!!

    I am so proud of myself for working out last night. I didn't feel well all day and I made myself do it anyways!
  • kfunk - Well done on powering through and getting that workout in! Yeah, BBL is amazing, very well-designed routines. Some of the moves can be tricky at first due to coordination and balance, but that aspect gets much easier over time. I recall being frustrated for a couple of weeks before I finally got them down. If that happens to you, stick with it. It's so worth it.
