  • Hi everyone,

    Hope all is well. I wanted to start up this thread again if anyone is interested. It has always helped me and hopefully will help others.

    I don't think I have been eating enough lately and really have to push it. I have also been walking which I will continue, but my weight loss has stalled a bit. I stopped weighing myself for a while which has helped. But have dealt with some massive stress over the last few months, including the sudden death of my husband and then a cross country move about 10 days ago. So trying to get into a routine and look to the future.

    Hopefully others will join me...

    6/7/17

    B - chocomint pudding - coffee
    L - butterscotch pudding, 2 c cucumbers, water
    D - 6 oz ground beef, 2 c cauliflower rice, water
    Sn - pineapple drink (yummy!)

    6/8/17

    B - chocolate pudding, coffee
    L - chocomint pudding, 2 c cucumbers, water
    D - 6 oz chicken, 2 c broccoli, water
    Sn - orange drink

    Yesterday's Menu:
    B: IP Cappuccino RTD shake, coffee
    L: waffle made from Quest PB shake mix, IP syrup, then 2 c. spinach salad after waffle
    D: taco salad; 8oz lean ground beef cooked with red bell peppers, some Pace Picante sauce over 2 c. Romaine/Spinach mix; red bell pepper strips for other 1 c. vegetables
    S: IP Lemon Wafer (my favorite!!) and peppermint hot tea

    Today:
    B: Muscle Milk Light Chocolate RTD shake blended with 2 c. spinach
    L: Quest Salted Caramel waffle with 1 c. shredded zucchini
    D: leftover taco salad on romaine w/1 c. bell pepper slices
    S: PB Soy Puffs & peppermint hot tea

    L: IP chocolate chip pancake mix made into waffle; spinach salad
    D: leftover taco salad (ended up having steak last night) with bell peppers & spinach salad
    S: IP Lemon wafer & hot tea

    L: large salad with assorted unlimiteds plus 2 cups selct veggies (kale, tomato, tricolor bell peppers), a squeeze of fresh lime juice serves as dressing
    midafternoon snack: Kays Naturals chili nacho protein chips, small cucumber
    D: 8 oz pork tenderloin, 1 cup cauliflower rice, "gravy" made from IP mushroom soup, 1 cup steamed brussell sprouts
  • Day 2: P1(alternative products used)
    B: black coffee flavored with serving of Quest cappucino mix and 1 T WF caramel sauce
    L: Large unlimited salad with 1 cup fresh tomato slices dressed with lemon juice, air fried squash patties made with 1 cup yellow squash, 1 egg, and coated with dry Bariwise maple brown sugar oatmeal mix
    midafternoon snack: small cucumber
    S: 6oz hamburger patty on romaine leaf with slice red onion and dressed with mustard, 3 cups air fried broccoli/cauliflower/mushrooms, Healthwise salt and vinegar crisps
  • Hard boiled eggs (whites)
    turkey with hot sauce
    mixed green salad with more leftover turkey
  • Day 3: P1 (with alternative products)
    B: Bariwise wild berry drink mix
    mid morning snack: 1 boiled egg
    L: large unlimited salad with 1 cup fresh tomato, squeeze of lime juice
    mid afternoon snack: Healthwise Dill Pickle Krinkles, ICE drink
    S: 8oz steak, 3 cups mixed grilled select veggies
    Dessert: IP double brownie with 1 T warmed WF caramel sauce

    B: Chocorite double extreme protein bar
    L: Unlimited salad with 1 cup chopped tomato, one half cup each broccoli/cauliflower, small cucumber, Healthwise salt and vinegar crisps
    midafternon snack: Quest vanilla drink mix blended with black tea, ice and cinnamon
    S: (eating out) grilled fish and steamed veggies
  • Day 5 PI (some alternatives)
    B: IP Peach mango ready made drink blended with ice and 1 c spinach spinach
    L: large unlimited salad with 1 cup fresh tomato , maple vinegrette (recipe- 1/4 c each WF pancake syrup, olive oil and apple cider vinegar, 1 T mustard, 1 T WF Honey Dijon dressing, 1 1/2 t fresh lemon juice, 1 t Olive Nation maple extract)
    midafternoon snack: 1 boiled egg, Healthwise pizza crisps
    S: large unlimited salad with 2 cups select veggies, 6 oz grilled chicken, 1 T WF Chipotle Ranch dressing
    Dessert: IP Vanilla pudding flavored with Olive Nation cheesecake extract
  • Day 6 IP ( using alternatives)
    B: Bariwise bacon cheese omelet with 3 T egg whites and 1 cup sauted mushrooms and 1/2 cup spinach
    L: large unlimited salad
    midafternoon snack: Quest vanilla drink mix bleneded with ice, chai tea and cinnamon
    S: Nashua Weight Loss System Spicey cheese n pasta combined with Family Bariatric Vegetable Chili (2 packets instead of "real" protein)
    Dessert: hot tea, Protidiet vanilla crispy square
  • Day 7 P1 (with alternatives)
    B: Quest cappucino drink mix
    L: tuna fish salad (6oz canned tuna in water, drained, 1 boiled egg, chopped, 2 T WF mayo, 1/4 c chopped pickle, 1/4 c chopped white onion) on romaine with 1/2 c sliced tomato
    midafternoon snack: Quest vanilla drink mix blended with ice, chai tea and cinnamon
    S:2 cups choodles, 1 1/2 cup homemade "spaghetti"sauce (no meat added)
    Dessert: hot tea, Protidiet Raspberry Dark Chocolate protein square

    L: subway veggie salad (1 c select plus unlimiteds), oil and vinegar to dress it
    Midafternoon snack: Quest vanilla drink mix blended with ice, chai tea and cinnamon
    S: 8oz pork tenderloin, 1 cup cauli-rice, "gravy" made with IP mushroom soup and 1/2 c sauted mushrooms, 1/2 c steamed broccoli
