Hi everyone,
Hope all is well. I wanted to start up this thread again if anyone is interested. It has always helped me and hopefully will help others.
I don't think I have been eating enough lately and really have to push it. I have also been walking which I will continue, but my weight loss has stalled a bit. I stopped weighing myself for a while which has helped. But have dealt with some massive stress over the last few months, including the sudden death of my husband and then a cross country move about 10 days ago. So trying to get into a routine and look to the future.
Hopefully others will join me...
