The only Laughing Cow cheese I can find in my area is at Sam's Club and it is reg not LF. Is this acceptable or is only the Low Fat allowed. I am on phase 1 soon to be on phase 2. Thanks.

It's really supposed to be a "treat", Sec, and it SHOULD be low-fat. Maybe just forget about it? It's actually not unlike LF cream cheese.
