It is so nice to see you all! I wish everyone the utmost success on their programs. I have been MIA the first week, ok so I had a cold but I have no excuse now and I really need to hold myself accountable! I will not give up! That is just not an option!
We have 3 weeks left, My
goal for the remainder of this month is to do my LS tape (or any similar tape) 9x, my strength training (weights) 9x, and yes I must add my calisthenics again (boring to me, lol) 9x......so there goes! NO minutes this time! My exercise schedule will consist of my usual walking, tapes, strength training, WII step aerobic, and this month I am adding raking as well. I am not going by minutes this month but to achieve the above is my goal which I feel is best for me. Of course, keeping up with my steps (which I have been horrible with this past week) is also a goal of mine but that is secondary and alwaysssssss a goal!
