It is friday!!! I am so glad this week is over. It has been a long one and I am looking forward to resting tomorrow. I have a bowling tournament on Sunday so I don't get the whole weekend to relax but hubby is away tonight and tomorrow so it willbe just me and the dogs. I can handle that!!!

I hope everyone had a good week and has an even better weekend. Spring is finally starting to show a little here. Our piles of snow are starting to decrease and our road actually has pavement on it instead of ice.

I have had a good week plan wise except for a couple of slipups. But nothing major. I plan to have three dates with Richard this weekend so I should do well then too.

I hope nobody else is starting a thread at the same time.

Hope everyone is having a great day. I had a good meeting the other night. I was down 1.25 pounds. I had missed the last meeting in February (weighed in but didn't stay) and I guess (even tho my losses weren't that great) I was the top loser again for the month. I have anothe trophy at home for the month. I haven't done that well this month so it won't happen again. Our weather is cool this morning....the wind is cold. It is supposed to be beautiful this weekend. I am walking a bit more again. Our transit strike is still on but some free lots have opened up and I am parking there so have a little further to walk to and from work which I don't mind.

Eleni.....hope you are able to get some sleep soon. It is awful when you can't sleep and get really tired. You are doing great with walking and you are right not to push it. Just do what you can and don't compare to anyone else.

Sherri.....still no word on the job. Even if my husband doesn't get the job we are going to sell the house. The job is in Ontario but if it doesn't come through we will stay here and buy a smaller house. Our house isn't really big but bigger than we need and too much work. How did your meeting go last night? Glad to hear you are back on track.

Summer....hope your little one is better. I love chocolate brownies. It is hard for me to turn down chocolate.

Donna....I don't like coffee either. I get such a stomach ache and I don't know why. I can have caffeine so I don't know what it is that bothers me. Glad to hear you are able to get lots of water in.

Christie.......I know you won't lose your KOPS status. I don't know what happens to our bodies that we can do really well and it doesn't reflect in the weight. Keep eating well and exercising and I am sure you will see a loss next week.

I love March 16th. Hope everyone remembers to wear green tomorrow, if you are into that anyway.

I have been so busy the past couple of days and it is still taking me a little time to connect names to what is going on with them. I am in a big rush this morning too.

I hope your daughter is getting a little better Summer, it is so scary when our kids get so sick.

Good for you with being last months best loser Marie. It has been to long since I have been and I should be working much harder.

Poor Eleni, it is so hard to deal with the day when you have not gotten enough sleep.

Keep hanging in there everyone. The weekends can be so hard with eating and extra things that we do then.

My name is Becky. I have met Eleni, Sherri and Donna. I have be reading how everyone is doing and I think it is great that ya'll are doing so well. I am trying to lose weight also, I have lost 56pounds so far and have under 60 to go. I don't have a group close to me. It's over an hour away for me. I was told about this board, and thought that I would check it out. I am having trouble getting all my water down these days, today is going okay but then the sun is out too....hahahahah. I will try this again.I tried earlier and when I tried to submit reply the board was down again for minor repairs.
I really like the new icons. are my favorites.
Everyone sounds pretty good.Snow starting to melt for some of you.We have had rain off and on all day but it looks like it is clearing up.So I won't be able to wiggle out of walk.
