I lost 22.6 lbs last month, but I know that was just the first big whoosh of initial weight loss, so I am keeping my monthly loss goal of 10 lbs. I think that is keeping a more realistic expectation on things, especially with the initial water weight being gone already and this being a shorter month. Good luck, everyone!
