I will get my start weight in the morning and use that as my beginning weight, because I will be out of town for the weekend. But, either way, I know that I want my first-month-back-to-3FC goal to be 10 lbs down for January. We shall see. Be back tomorrow!


Whatever it is, I definitely aim to be under 155 by the end of the month, but I'll make a more specific goal once i actually weigh myself!
