  • I'm in. I don't think I'm going to do daily weighing this month, it was rather stressful last month, so I'll just update whenever I happen to jump on the scale, but it'll be at least once a week.

    Starting Weight: 213.2
    Goal Weight: 208.2 (5lbs)

  • Finally took the courage to weigh in. 139.8. I gained 2 pounds in November. This sucks, but I am so glad I weighed in because now I can back on track again!

    My goal for December is humble, I just want to get to my lowest in November, 135.2.
  • Hi everyone! I'm currently at 228, and I would like to reach 223 by the end of the month. I'm going to try to only weigh myself once a week. If I do more than that, then I will start obsessing.

  • This morning I'm at 134. My goal is for 130. So I'm close to where I want to be, but this is the time of year to watch it!
  • Hi everyone! Count me in! I am back and happily so! Gardnerjoy, vickilou, monte, keli and to all of you, nice to see some familiar faces and looking forward to meeting you all.

    I am trying a new approach this time (basically not focusing on the numbers too much and obsessing with the scale) and focusing on just being OP, eating healthy and putting my energy into each day, taking it one day at a time. I will check my weight at months' end or at the midway point.

    I am setting a goal of a 5lb. loss by months end which I feel is a very reasonable goal for me at this month and given the holiday month etc.

    Real happy to be here again Excited about starting a new month and ready to go full steam ahead!
