  • just finished doing leslie sansone's 2 mile walk by faith. will take a shower in a few minutes. then, i'll go for a walk and run errands.
  • Just had lunch! Gonna let it digest for a bit, and get my workout in a little later on
    It's ab work, my least favorite, so I am scared! Haha
    I'll be back posting when I'm done, I'm sure it will kick my butt (Or my abs)

    Definitely a bit sore from PiYo Drench yesterday. That workout is awesome.
