I finished my 4 days of the pre-conditioning food plan and weighed in today for the first time. I lost an amazing 4.5lbs this week.
I cannot believe that in four days of being on the Pre-conditioning food plan I lost 4.5lbs AND I have my period. I am super excited. I know that I cannot expect this type of weight loss every week but I will take it for this week.One thing that I am proud of myself for is limiting my alcohol intake this week. I got way to use to have a couple drinks each night when I would get home from work to eliminate the mundane nightly routine but this week the only alcohol I have had was on Wednesday when we met friends for dinner.
I went to the food class today and have a list of things to pick up at the grocery store to begin this new journey. I am nervous about the weekend, it is hard to stick to a schedule over the weekends but I am going to take things one day at a time and do my very best to stick to the menu plan.
