Hi everyone,
I'm a 16 year old female, I weigh 103.6 pounds and I'm 5'1. I would really like to lose about 3 pounds.
I exercise about 3-5 days a week, and I lift light weight around 3 times a week also. I know that teenagers need about 2000 calories daily to maintain, and I used a teenage calorie calculator that told me my maintanence calories daily
was 2100 calories.
I have tried to eat less than that using my fitness pal, but I'm not losing that much weight, and some days it seems like I'm not losing much at all.
I eat healthily most of the time, I exercise and I track my calories, yet I'm not losing fat. I just need some advice, thank you!
