    I'm super excited to get started on my March weight loss goal. It's time to break through my plateau once and for all.

    SW: 140.5
    GW: 135 lbs (-5.5 lbs)

  • March Weightloss Challenge
    I lost more weight in February than I have in years.
    I am ready to lose some more. I'll aim for 4lbs this month.

    I will be away from home for 10 days this month. That always makes thing harder. I expect my weightloss to slow down as well. So a pound a week would make me happy. I will add bonus goals if I am fortunate enough to need them!
