February Fitness Club

  • Tomorrow starts a new month getting us closer to spring. Why not use this shorter month to set a fitness goal. Track your progress here. Fitness isn't only physical exercise. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator counts. Shoveling snow instead of using the snowblower. Small changes help build healthier lifestyles.
  • January was a good month for me. I didn't fizzle out and stated consistent. Even though the month is shorter, my goal is 200 miles.

  • I would have made goal for minutes last month even though I didn't have any cardio at all. I am going to just track goal minutes for cardio as I want to slowly start incorporating into my routine.
