Weekly weigh-in 18-24 Aug

  • Thought I would throw it up since it hasn't been started yet, PLUS I want to put myself out there to be accountable.

    Been 70% good this week on food, and 100% with my excercise and I stayed exactly the same 210 lbs. BUT I met my daily step goal with a weekly average of 10,269 steps/day and lost 3.5 inches.

  • had a bout with a 25 hr flu...lost a lot in various and sundry ways!

  • Still at 164
  • 198 again after a minor bounce up from my vacation. I have revised my Sept. 1 goal as I won't lose 9 pounds in less than two weeks unless I cut off a boob.
  • Hey all. I am the new chicky on the block, hope you dont mind I stick my lil head in. I was down 2lbs this week! Hope all is doing good.
  • Well, one week of vacation plus TOM and I'm up to 146.5 as of Monday - back to the food diary and the vegetable soup!

  • Been losing and gaining 3 pounds. I'll say I'm still at 177, which is still 15 pounds down. Back on track today... (sort of)
  • I'm still at 164lbs and holding-hopefully I will have lost something this week (besides my mind )
