Anyone done it? My ultimate goal is to get to 20% body fat but in order to get there sort of need to know what I'm at now. I think I'm under or close to 30%, I know I was in the 40s when I started. My gym supposedly has it at one location. Just wondering if anyone had experience. Do you wear a swimsuit or what? It's supposed to be pretty accurate.
Any tips/experience would be appreciated, thanks!
