I started a new shift and am having trouble getting to the gym on my work days. But diet has been my biggest issue. Veggies were giving me major tummy trouble so i started eating junk because I was tired of having to run to the bathroom 10 times a day. Dont understand how my stomach can tolerate doritos better than carrots...but oh well.
My goals next month are gonna be more nutrition focused than a number and finding ways to incorporate exercise. We bought a puppy....so mandatory walks!
