Hi i am new here. I come here to learn how to lose weight and how use points for foods. I've lose 8 lbs so far since may 30. I think i been doing pretty good so far.I want to stay positive and not give up. Today i weight in and i gain 0.4 and it bummer but i will try to do my best.

Sounds like you are doing great though. Don't expect that kind of weight loss to continue though. Early weight loss usually has a lot of water weight to it. As you go on, you will likely lose weight a little slower and may have an occasional gain. The key is to just stick with it.
