One Wendy's double stack with no bun and no condiments. Just the meat and cheese. I forgot to tell her lettuce but it was fine.

No cakes, cupcakes, chips, fries, mac and cheese, or Little Debbie snacks! The entire meal was 22 net carbs!!!! I am ecstatic! I have never had a TOM day that did NOT include sugar!! It was sugar all day for at least three days and then I would gain weight or either say, well since I ate half a cake for lunch, I messed up the whole day so and then would eat even worst! I am so proud of myself. It was my lunch and it was my second meal of the day! I was still good at 8:30 so now I am boiling some eggs and getting a piece of stick cheese and more water. That will technically be my dinner and then I am going to bed.
