In just the 5 short days since I started this I went from hopeful/excited to crabby (at addiction withdrawal) to .... It's hard to describe where I am today. I'm still in a brain fog. The fog will lift (hopefully soon). I feel good and have more energy though.
I hadn't actually realized how much time I spent eating until I stopped doing it compulsively. Can't wait to find out other things about myself that this is sure to lead to.
