I've gained 10 pounds since the baby, and want to keep the gain 15-20 pounds (recommended range for mothers who are overweight).
I'm going to talk to my doctor and ask about what I can do while pregnant, but I was wondering if anyone here has experience, particularly with counting calories? The weather has been nice enough to walk, which I've been doing. My fiance/the daddy is a healthy eater so that helps, too. The biggest problem is I crave sweet stuff a lot, I'm even starting to drink soda which I haven't for years until becoming pregnant
! I'm also hungry more frequently, craving snacks when I use to stick to 3 meals a day. Any advice would be helpful!
