25 pounds down (almost)

  • Today I celebrated as I got on the scale!

    I started at 304 lbs a couple of months ago and through diet and exercise I have gotten myself down to 280 today! I am so excited and I just had to share this with all of you! My husband is going to go nuts when he hears!!

    As for my plan, I just use MyFitnessPal to keep under 1500 calories and then I cycle for 30 minutes on the stationary bike at the Y for 30 minutes 3 times a week. That's all. I eat yogurt and salads and chicken patties and grilled cheeses and oatmeal mostly.
  • Thirty pounds down! I'm going a bit slower than I'd like because I got bronchitis and was bedridden and couldn't exercize and got a bit off plan. I did make it though and I am proud of myself!!
