I want to challenge myself, and anyone who wants to join me, to keep my healthy eating and exercising plan every day in March!
It doesn't matter what you're doing- just stick to it!
Let's motivate and encourage each other to stay on plan as many days as possible. (:
Just write out what your definition of "on plan" is, and if you want, a reward for sticking to it. Then, update with a list of days you made it!
I'll go first.
Every day, I hope to:
1. To get some exercise, go for at least one hour-long walk with my daughter, or 20 minutes elliptical
2. Not snack during the day between meals unless I'm genuinely hungry
3. Not have sugary drinks except for my morning coffee
4. Remember to take my vitamin/protein/calcium supplements with breakfast and lunch, since I'm breastfeeding
5. Not directly diet related, but shower and get dressed nicely every day, for motivation
I'll post here every day, and for my reward, for at least trying, I'm going to treat myself to a spa afternoon for myself come April (:
