This last time I was on a great workout routine and watching my nutrition very carefully but my wall came and did not budge, even when I tried changing things up. That was about 2 months ago. Today, having gained back every ounce that I had lost plus interest, I am back in induction. It has not been easy though this time, usually I could get into routine very easily but I have been giving into my late night "starving" feelings and eating off plan, usually a bowl of cereal or a piece of fruit which would normally seem like generally harmless snacks but not for someone who NEEDS low carb in order to move the needle on the scale even a tiny bit to the left. Sorry this post wasn't helpful in giving advice on how I overcame this issue, I can just relate to what you are experiencing and searching for any ideas that may help.
Your post was quite helpful, It's great to know im not alone in the struggle of induction. What you are describing is exactly what I go through.
This is my problem. When I eat LCHF I feel great! My appetite is almost none existent and my cravings are controlled, and when I feel great my over all mood is good so exercising comes easy.
But, its those days...those "
I-don't-wanna-bother-with-this" days is where I run into my problems.
After a stressful day at work I come home and the last thing I feel like doing is cooking or exercising. This is when I have to decided whats important, and boy are those days my true test in this journey. Gesh...
I do freeze food for easy grab and go breakfast and lunches...but dinner is different. I'm always trying to plan ahead..but that can get old as well.
ok, now im mumbling. ha. Thanks for listening
