Welcome to the boards. I kinda do the WW also. It worked for me. It was the only way I have been able to lose weight in the past. I never went to a meeting myself but a friend showed me how to do it and I got the shoppers guide and used Dotties website which is loaded with info. I just can't seem to get myself to write down what I eat to count the points. I know about what points are for the foods I eat so I just eat healthy and go by that. It is working when I don't get into the junk.LOL
Come here often and just jump in. Congrats on the losses so far keep it up you are doing great. To turtle when you have a lot of social events is a great thing. I think you are doing great.

With all the heat down there it could just be water retention. Don't go by the scale go by the overall picture of what you are doing. If you are staying on track then it will show. Hang in there lady. Glad to see you are swimming.
I did great with my eating yesterday and I passed on ice cream as well. I got a bottle of water instead while megan had ice cream. I didn't mind it because I was full from dinner really. Just have to stop and remember and think that I don't need the extra food after dinner.
