    I'm starting out yet again at 160. I'm hoping that this month I can get back into the 150's and stay. Even 155 would be great for the month.

    Alicia replying to your comment to me on 1/15 ... My son and I hit the gym on that Sunday and Monday and OMGoodness, Tuesday I could barely walk my legs hurt so bad but I did it and it felt good. I haven't been back since and I know I need to keep it up.

LOL, imthegoddess, I do that from time to time, go MIA, but I always return to start the new thread. I've been doing it for years now. . I have text/email/PM buddies from 3FC that check on me sometimes when I stay gone too long

  • So I had a laser tattoo removal session yesterday. So the next 10-14 days I can't raise my heart rate very high or the tattoo blisters! I also can't swim for risk of infection. So I am not sure how much exercise I will get in the first half of this month
