Rennie, I've done the spinach with a bit of olive oil and some garlic. Just keep stirring it up in the pan. It turns out very good. Oh, and thank you.

Well I am up 4.4lbs for the month. My rings are looser today thanks to not eating a bunch of mess (so far, the day is still young). My stomach is hanging over my jeans somthing awful. I look a mess. I'm hoping to finish this day out on top and start another great OP day tomorrow. Wishing US all the best.
