    We do the green smoothie without the banana and add agave and ice and it's good.

    If you’re on Phase 1, you can enjoy…
    Fat-free or 1% milk
    Nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt, including nonfat (0%) Greek yogurt
    Natural peanut butter (choose a brand with no more than 1 g of sugar per 2 tablespoons)

  • Thanks Jenne - I have the magic bullet and when on Phase 1.5 or 2 I usually have a smoothie with fruit and kefir...but nice to know I can make one with kefir/milk and peanut butter and chia! Mmmm, that sounds great actually - will need to incorporate that this week. Or sunflower/almond butter? Why did I never imagine this before?
  • LOL I don't know! We love the Green Monster so I figured agave was as good as a bana, which I don't care for anyway!
