  • Hello you lovely ladies! Okay.. I think I am ready again after my (3 ) month hiatus of really not eating right and on plan! Jessie you are so right... you just feel better and feel lighter eating right! I am so happy to join you all (Weight losers!) I hope to lose some of these 20lbs I gained before Christmas a NEW DAY!

    I have no idea why this happened. I'm drinking my water and still totally on induction foods only. I'm wondering if the food poisioning really just drained my body too quickly and it wasn't meant to lose all it did last week. So frustrating. Still...will move on and hope for better tomorrow.

    SHAN.. I am so sorry about the water gain. It could be because your body is still recovering and maybe you have some inflammation which retains water. Try alittle fresh squeezed lemon water... It works!

    JESSIE! Harrass the H*ll outta me! LOL Sometimes I really do need a Kick in the ARSE! I am sorry that Kathy had hidden your scale.. but I have a feeling it was for your sanity! LOL
