Good grief! Like the Rabbit in Alice, "I'm late!"
Slept until 7 this morning and wondered why I had left the light on in the bedroom. Then I checked the time!
That was an hour ago and Paul and his merry men showed at 7:30 to start the roof! I swear he said Wednesday but ... They had coffee and then got right to work. Nice guys! (Paul calls this crew his A-Team.) We are going to hit 61ºF today

and then cool down to
snow on Thursday so he is hoping to have the roof done by end of day tomorrow.
I'm off to Brockville before 12:30 today to get my remote starter installed. It takes about four hours so I'll make a shopping list and hit the stores, probably in a cab or a rental car. All I'll need now for winter driving is a heated steering wheel - must suggest a cover to my kids for a gift.
Going to watch our Remembrance Day ceremony at the War Memorial in Ottawa. Security will be very tight, particularly since Princess Anne will be laying a wreath on behalf of her mother the Queen.
Have a good day, dollinks, and remember the men and women who fought to give us our two great nations.
