Hi Ladies
Where has the summer went. Just seems like the kids got out of school. And almost time for them to go back already. I dont have to worry about that this year. Going to miss that. Son is happy he dont have to go school shopping anymore.

Well went to Mom and Dad's last night. Yesterday was Dad's birthday. And I said I wasnt going to eat any cake. Well I passed on the cake. But I did eat some ice cream. I got some sugar free ice cream called Moose Tracks. Boy was it good. That is what I had for lunch today. So even though it is sugar free I know I will have to watch myself with it.
Had to go for the dreaded mammogram today. Had one a couple of years ago. Just checking things out. Everything is ok. Glad that is over with.
Boy is it pouring the rain down here. Several places around us are in flood watches until 10:00am friday morn. Also getting kinda foggy here. Son is out. hope he gets home before the fog gets too bad. He joined a local fire dept. They are suppose to have a little carnaval tomorrow night. He went to help set that up. Last night he helped wash the fire trucks. They have a parade tomorrow night also. In fact that is were my husband and I met. Over a cream chicken sandwich. So we will be going there tomorrow night.
So how is everyone doing. Is everyone staying OP. I am doing better today then I have been. But still alot of room for improvement. But will try. I didnt set no goal for myself today. I think I may set one for tomorrow. Not sure what it will be yet. Well I better get off here. Here I went and wrote a book. Sorry ladies.

Sounds like you have been busy yourself. That is great that you passed on the cake and brought your own ice cream.
I thought your son was off to college. Is he going to a local place to be able to be in the fire dept? I thought he was a few hours away from home.
We all could use some improvements in our plans it seems.LOL At least you did better today then yesterday. You are right you will have to watch out for that ice cream. Stick to small portions on that.
I did good today. I did have a small pc of cake tonight though. I had a late lunch ordered a chicken parm sub and ate half for my lunch and the other half for my dinner and had a hotdog. So overall I was still within my points for the day.
Well I finally got TOM. Maybe now it will be easier to get pregnant. And I might lose a couple of lbs from the bloating also.

By the way I tried the brushing the teeth trick yesterday and it worked. I have a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom at work for the craving times.LOL
Hope everything is going well for you. How was your day today did you stay on track today with your plan. I did good I thought for the day.

Congrats on passing on the cake. I know it is easier for me to decided to pass on something before I even leave the house. GOOD JOB I have never had a mammogram but I bet it hurts. I was also curious what the heck a cream chicken sandwich is .
I think it is so funny how much different our foods are.

I did not so good on eating today. I am glad you did better than me. What kind of hotdog did you eat? I know they usually have alot of fat unless you had a ff one. I wish I could have that sub. With breastfeeding Andrew is allergic to alot of foods and red sauce is one of them.
