Okay, I'm calling it for the week at 172. I lost 3.4 pounds this week, something I haven't done since FEBRUARY. I'm not sure why I'm having this sudden amazing loss - my food and exercise are exactly the same. Oh, well, I'll take it!
Marina, I'm so sorry about your migraines! I used to get them too, usually 4 hours after a workout. My doctor put me on Imitrex, which ripped up my stomach. I did my own research online and read that caffeine helped. I tried it and it totally worked for me. Every morning before a workout, I take 1/2 caffeine pill - about 100 mg - equivalent to the caffeine in 1 cup of coffee. Migraines gone. I will still get them if I'm in bright sunlight too long, or if I'm super super stressed, but it's nothing like before - maybe one every few months now. I don't know if that might work for you? Anyway, glad to hear your normal eating is back!
