Dukan diet

  • This is day one starting at 210lbs. i am a 35 year old female with two wonderful kids and a supportive husband. I was on the dukan a couple of months ago and lost 24 lbs but gained 10 back after over eating like i normally do. For breakfast i had tofu and turkey back with a cup of black coffee. feeling great and full.
  • i lost 5 lbs since yesterday i know it will slow down later but that is awesome. so 205.4lbs today
    b=hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken, diet coke, coffee, water sugar free jello.
    i plan on walking today but that is the hardest for me is to get out and exercise.

  • feeling good, didn't weight myself today and didnt exercise, wish i did some walking.
    b=tofu, turkey bacon, hard boiled egg whites, black coffee, sugar free jello. i will treat myself with 0% fat greek yogurt strawberry at 4pm for my snack. cheers to the forum.
