Weigh In, it's Monday

  • Ok, this morning I weighed in at 248. But, that's OK. This is day one. Next week will be prettier. My boys, the dog, the hubby (who has the day off) and I went walking early this morning. Exercise done! For breakfast I ate low-fat granola and 2%milk. AND!!! 2 glasse H2O already gone.
    Now, I know this isn't a journal, but writing it down looks good and motivates me (not the weight part, just the other).
