    Well I am only down 2. Which means I have 8lbs to go.

    How do I plan to do it......

    Exercies 5 days/week

    Journal, Journal, Journal and keep journaling regardless of what I eat for 5 weeks.

    Cut out PB (long story but I overindulge to say the least)

    Ok I think that is it!

  • I wasn't here when you started the challenge but can I jump in with what was my goal for me?
    I wanted to drop 2 pounds a week. It would put me at around 218 pounds for Labor Day. I am now 228 pounds so I have 10 more to go. It is more than do able for me. I started out July 1st at 235 pounds. I have lost 7 pounds so far.
    My plan to keep on losing this blasted weight? Journaling, attending meetings no matter what I have to do to get there, drink my water each day, eat my fruits and vegetables each day, and my dairy. I also plan on starting to walk again.
    What do I need to go without? My triggers are soda, and real mayonaise. So for these last 5 weeks? No soda and no real mayonaise.
