Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes upper body TBT.

Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 37 minutes lower body TBT.

Got to the gym early this morning. I did the elliptical for 5 minutes prior to workout and treadmill for 30 minutes after workout (total 200 calories). I worked upper body on circuit and free weights.

Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 29 minutes upper body TBT.

Badminton - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Lawn Bowling - Monday and Thursday.

Lawn-bowling was cancelled to-day due to rain. So decided to get out my Walk Away the Pounds Tape this evening. Just did one mile.
