Sugar Busters Weekly Exercise Board 7/28-8/3

    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!

  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 37 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Got to the gym early this morning. I did the elliptical for 5 minutes prior to workout and treadmill for 30 minutes after workout (total 200 calories). I worked upper body on circuit and free weights.
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 29 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body, TBT.
  • Badminton - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

    Lawn Bowling - Monday and Thursday.
  • Lawn-bowling was cancelled to-day due to rain. So decided to get out my Walk Away the Pounds Tape this evening. Just did one mile.
