Losing weight again but I'm not sure how

  • this is just going to be a quick update.

    last time, i was struggling with self image issues, but i'm feeling better
    i would like to come on and start interacting more with everyone and helping as much as i can.

    now i'm making this post because i stepped on the scale and my jaw dropped.... i'm at 209lbs... i'm not complaining!! but i'm so confused as how i got here because to be honest i haven't been eating perfectly, there are days when i'm not counting calories or getting all my water and i'm still losing? but back when i was working my a** off i was stuck at the same weight for 4 months...

    that's weird to me...

    hope i can keep it up!

  • sometimes things happen when we're not looking!!! you are probably doing better than you think you are - or your plateau broke. just keep it up!!!
  • You might have relaxed all over (not just with your food/water consumption) thereby lowering your body's stress response and allowing yourself to lose weight. Whatever it is/was, good for you!
