This thread is for people who want to lose that 1st lb because you are starting over.. or starting back after a holiday, splurge, off plan eating, etc. Whatever you need to do to start anew!
Stay here and post until you lose that 1st lb and then head on over to the Lose that 2nd lb! and continue (If you woosh/whoosh and lose more than 1 lb continue onto that thread that matches the next lb you wish to lose!) This will be a circuit of a total of 5 lbs off. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th (and you can start the circle again if you wish). The great thing about these threads is that you should not be in 1 very long! (Well in my case I will try and prove that as a correct statement). Best thing.. once you lose 5 lbs you are on a pathway of continuing and this journey for you should be easier! Now LETS GO!
