  • If all goes well, this will be the month that I hit my one-year mark of daily exercise -- 365 days in a row! Aside from that, I'm aiming for 1400 minutes of exercise in July.
  • I started 1/2 through June so I didn't participate in that thread. But I'm starting with this one Exercise isn't the easiest thing for me because of some medical stuff, but I'm just going to take it a little slow and do the best I can!!

    My goal for July is 500 minutes of exercise.
  • Okay, June got interrupted by travels and pet emergencies, and I didn't finish my exercise goal. SO. I'll keep that the same, but I well surpassed my miles, so I'll up that one.

  • I usually avoid the exercise challenges like the plague...but I think it's time. I'm changing up my goals this month. This month I'm focusing on strength training, so for the challenge my goal is two days of arms and two days of legs per week!
  • I'm looking for consistency from myself. So I challenge myself to run at least 1 mile every day in July. I already walk several miles every day, and if I'm just dying to run MORE than 1 mile on any given day, I can do that too.

    But I'd like to see myself complete that minimum of a 1 mile run each and every day in July.

    My goal for for July is 1500 minutes.

    I need to go back and update my final days for June, but it was a success. It's been a long time since I've successfully completed an exercise challenge. Looking forward to keeping it up through July!
  • I have never made an exercise challenge yet.
    But as they say if at first you don't succeed. Try, try again
    Since the weight loss is slowing down I know I need to exercise more to make my goal.
    So I am going for 15 times. Either DVD, bike, treadmill, as long as I sweat it counts.
  • Ok, I didn't do a monthly challenge last month and failed miserably the month before that - but I want to get back to it for July.

    My plan two trips around the lake on every day it's not raining buckets. That would be 3 miles a day. Not much, but it's SOMETHING.
  • My exercise goal is:
    - 3 days of cardio per week, 30 min each
    - 3 days of strength per week, 45 min each

    I'm following the Body for Life for Women 12 week challenge!
  • I did get some exercise in during June, but I didn't do it as often as I would have liked. Hopefully, this challenge is what I need to get me to stick to it.

    I guess I will aim for 400 minutes of exercise for the month of July.

    It's my first day on here, and I think I'm going to join this challenge for the motivation and accountability! My July exercise goal is 480 minutes, or 30 minutes of exercise, 4 times per week.

    Two goals for July: Run 55 miles and lift weights 8 times.
