I am 20, and on summer break!
I want to lose at least 10 pounds before heading back to university in September. Over the last few months I have been off and on some medications which have taken a toll on my body, and I literally have no muscle tone anywhere. I'm pudgy and soft and I don't like it anymore.I hope some people will reply to this and we can act as each other's support system. I really need someone telling me that I can reach my goals and to help me stay on track
