  • What was your workout today? I thought we could share our daily workouts for motivation and inspiration.
  • My workout today: 9 miles and 30 minutes weight lifting
  • 3 mile run
  • I had a busy day yesterday and I was exhausted by the time I got home, jammies were calling my name

    But today I will
    1) Walk my pup for 3.4 miles -- 60 min
    2) Walk on treadmill for 4.9 miles -- 65 min
    3) Lift weights -- 45 min
  • Great job ladies!

    Wednesday: 8 miles
    Thursday: 8 miles, 30 minutes weights
  • I haven't posted on this forum for a long time. Hope you don't mind me joining in.
    Yesterday - 2.5 miles on treadmill & leg and arm weights
    Today - 1.6 miles on treadmill & arm weights
  • Today;

    4.7 mile puppy walk w/puppy -- 75 min
  • Friday: 7 miles
    Saturday: 8 miles + 30 minutes weights
    Sunday: 8 miles
  • Today;

    1) Strength training -- 45 min
    2) 2.5 mile treadmill walk -- 30 min
    3) 3.4 puppy walk -- 60 min
  • Today I will:

    1) 4.7 mile walk with doggie --75 min
    2) 4.9 mile torture session on treadmill -- 65 min
    3) **maybe** swim -- 45 min
  • Yesterday I did-3 mile run

    Today I will:

    Yoga-50 mins
    Personal Trainer-Strength-50 mins

    Today's exercise:

    - 2 x 2.73 miles on the bike to and from work
    - 3.3 miles on the treadmill

    Monday: 7 miles treadmill
  • Today;

    1) 4.9 mile treadmill torture -- 65 min
    2) Weight lifting -- 45 min
  • Today's exercise:

    - 2 x 2.73 miles on the bike to and from work
    - 35 min weight lifting (lats, biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs, abs, lower abs)
