- 2 x 2.73 miles on the bike to and from work
- 5.44 km on the treadmill
- 30 min weight lifting (glutes, shoulders, triceps, lower back)

Hey,

I hope you don't mind me joining in. I am new to the forum

Yesterday I did a 14km/8.75 mile walk with my twin boys in pram (took less than 2 hrs) & ran 10.5km/6.56 miles on the treadmill

Hoping to do this again today.

Have been slackingoff and it is starting to show on my waistline

Today;

1) 4.7 mile pup walk 75 min
2) 4.9 mile treadmill walk 65 min
3) Weights 45 min
