I decided to start a monthly thread for exercise accountability as I struggle making time for exercise. I thought some of you gals maybe have the same issue as me.
My exercise plan includes water exercises due to my back injury and diabetic neuropathy. I try to exercise three days per week and my regimen includes 5 minutes of warm-up, walk 20 laps across the pool, jog 30 minutes in place, 20 reps with water dumbbells each arm curls, bicep curls, and arm lifts and 100 crunchies (hold water hand dumbbells to float and bring knees to chest).
I went yesterday and today.
