
I was gifted some 70 and 85% chocolate. Took 2 squares of the 85% (15 carbs for 4 squares, of which 6 are fibers = 4.5 grams of carbs), melting into cream, let it cool and whipped it up into a yummy mousse. I did add a little liquid sucralose to cut some of the bitterness, but boy was it yuuuummmyyy. It wasn't a cheat and it was def something I will make again for myself when I have guests as my dessert (while they are hogging carb laden brownies)...
